Millennium Nails

I tried this salon just yesterday and I will for sure go back! Kim did my manicure with gel Polish and it was an amazing experience. She was very gentle and even repaired a couple of broken nails at no additional charge. The lotion she used to massage my arms and hands with had a very pleasant smell that I could smell all day. The salon was clean, conveniently located, and the prices are great.

Extremely unprofessional behavior. I was a regular client here for 8 months when one day the tech who always did my nails was in a hurry and did a sloppy job. My nails were filed crookedly and some were very thick while others were too thin. When I returned later that afternoon to request she fix the ones that were messily done, I was told that if I did not like the way she does nails that I need to leave and not return. Even after this I was willing to give her one more try thinking maybe this was simply a one time thing. When I called to make the appointment the nail technician rudely told me that I was not welcome back, followed by being hung up on. I will gladly take my fifty dollars to another salon that treats their clients with respect. Do not waste your time with this sorry excuse for a nail salon.

I was really impressed with this place at first, everyone is very nice and I didn’t have to wait when I went in to get a manicure. I decided to get shellac and was happy to see that she brought over new tools (weird about them using tools that have been used on multiple other people) I really liked how they turned out and had the best hand massage I have ever gotten while getting my nails done, but was disappointed when only 3 days later 7 of may nails were very noticeably chipped. So I went back and they said that they could re-​do them for me and this time they lasted about 4 days before they started to chip again. I was disappointed that it couldn’t last 2 weeks like its supposed to, but I didn’t want to bother them with my complaints again and its really out of the way for me to get there. Needless to say I don’t think I’ll be going back just because its not convenient for me, if it was I would probably give them another chance.

Aside from fumes being on the high level they are great here! Friendly, a little on the slow side but when it’s your turn they take their time and do it right so that’s the flip side to the slow service if you are waiting!

Love this place — I have been going here for over eight years — always consistently wonderful service and beautiful work!

I’ve been to several nail salons in the central, northern parts of austin, and pfugerville area.
This is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to in Austin and surrounding areas.
They listen to your request
They only speak english in front of you
They are kind and respect your wishes
They are not rude nor do they act hassled by a request

I went and saw Kim and she gave me the best foot & hand massage I’ve had. She actually tried to give me a relaxing experience.
Other places just grind your extremities to death.

but they didn’t charge me to take off my nails for a new set

She did a beautiful job
for 5.00 more you can ask for them to cut your cuticles and they don’t just cut them
they soak your nails in warm soapy water in a bowl, (very relaxing) they cut the cuticles while they are wet — now that’s what I’m talking about! And they put cuticle oil on your nails to keep them moisturized.
I tell you, I have never looked so good in nails!
They have been in business for 10 years!

I recently had a gel manicure with Ken and I am really happy with the work he did. It has lasted 2 weeks without a chip! I just made another appointment because it has grown out. His work on my cuticles was painless and very thorough.

Beautiful job, reasonable prices, friendly people. I loved my experience here and am so happy I only have to walk across the parking lot to get there.
