Pinnacle Training Center

Great group of staff and coaches. However my issue with is the cancellation process. Read your contract you sign with them very carefully and understand you must come in to fill out a cancellation form. They will continue to charge your credit card until you do so. On top of that it has to be 30 day notice so if you get charged and come in 2 weeks later you will get charged one more month.
It’s 2016 it should not be this hard to cancel. I’ve also been told they do not refund even if the mistake is on their end. I will update this post when more information comes available

This place is AMAZING!!! I absolutely love the gym and the classes that are available. Everyone seems to be on time and very friendly while still being able to push your limits. The staff was great and I believe this is a great place to get in shop and gain some knowledge in MMA

Someone dropped the ball. I am new in town and bought a groupon for Jiu Jitsu at Pinnacle. Sadly when I arrived a week ago to schedule classes I was told that they do not offer Jiu Jitsu anymore because they do not have an instructor. They mentioned that they need to have the advertising taken off groupon website. It is a week later and their groupon is still active on
.
So I opted for kickboxing and scheduled a class for 7:15 and was told to be there 10 – 15 minutes before class starts. I arrived at 7:01 and waited till 7:16. The door was locked and 2 people sparring in the back. They saw we when I knocked loudly but they ignored me. I suspected that they had a private session going one. I then left. Never got call but I suspect I will get one after posting here.

I’ve been training Muay Thai here for 3 months and it has been great. I originally signed up for this gym in order to have a bigger motivation to workout and someone pushing me. Josh, the Muay Thai coach on Tuesday/​Thursday afternoons, has done just that and then some. Every workout is intense but Josh won’t make you do something you can’t do. You just have to push yourself, which is how it should be. Trisha has been understanding and professional every time I’ve talked with her. This is a great gym run by awesome people. Would definitely recommend!

Great facilities with awesome staff and members who are passionate about fitness and proper technique/​form training. Exactly what I was looking for as motivation to get back in shape, with other members pushing for the right amount of intensity. This is definitely not your typical meat-​market gym with strange people standing around in front of mirrors wishing they had a clone. It’s full of normal people that love great fitness.

I’m so excited that I found Pinnacle! I attend the boot camp classes and love the variety… you get a couple days of weights, couple days of awesome cardio, AND kickboxing cardio on Fridays! And I really like how the business is run… pricing and membership are easy to understand and affordable. I’m a fan!

In all honesty I have never been a gym-​going-​type of guy… although I liked to exercise i always preferred doing a sport and not just Go to the gym. I stopped exercising 20 years ago and needless to say i am really out of shape. My two young children (7 & 8) demand a lot of energy and I needed to find a way to get in shape and not get bored. My son and I have been watching MMA a lot and he got the itch for kickboxing (I practiced TKD for 6 yrs as a teenager and my daughter has been in cheer for 1yr now, but i will not be a cheerleader) so i started looking for a place close to home that would provide what my son wanted and maybe I could join a class at the same time to spend time with him and get in shape at the same time… and Pinnacle was there! We tried it, he loved it and I did too. The place is nice, lots of space for whatever you’re doing (Training camp, BJJ, BOX, Muay Tai) and the staff is even better… they are all very nice and supportive, although when it comes to training they kick butt. been there for two weeks now, my son absolutely loves it and I am sore in places i did not know could be sore… but I can see my body working,.i have sweated as I had never done it before! and I am not bored! i like the enthusiasm of the trainer and all that participate in the class!

I love this place! After being away from Jiu Jitsu for nearly 8 years and gaining a considerable amount of weight, I was needless to say a bit anxious about stepping back onto the matts. The experience here has been nothing short of fantastic. Training partners with great attitudes, where everyone is encouraging, having fun, and working very hard with a lot of focus. I am most thankful for the skill and talent of the BJJ instructors. To say they are superior is an understatement Fabio does a fantastic job, demonstrating technique, partnering skilled training partners and keeping the class fun and interesting. And what can be said about Rodrigo! A world class competitor, with keen insight to detail, very approachable, sincere and humble, a great black belt to learn and develop under. Justin, thanks for creating such a great environment! See you on the matts.

I’m just starting my 4^th week at Pinnacle and I love it! I’ve been to other «boot camps» before and quit after a week or two. They really mix it up and I’m hooked on the weight training class. Thanks Justin & Mitch! I see this as the LONG TERM solution for my fitness training.

What a great gym is all I have to say. I started training BJJ about a month ago and I am hooked. The level of instruction is great, the classes are fairly small and the other members (whether BJJ or not) have all been very welcoming. The BJJ workouts are grueling and tough (I have lost 10 pounds in my first month) but I look forward to every class. The schedule is very accomadating and the feeling of community at the gym is incredible. I dont miss my days of lifting weights at the big corporate gyms at all.

This a great facility where everyone is down to earth. An interesting mix of making room for everyone and simultaneously training hard. Everyone here is dedicate, professional, and courteous. My 15 year old daughter and I take Muay Thai (Kick boxing) lessons here and greatly enjoy it. They have a fundamentals program for beginners to learn basic movements and when you are ready you can move on to intermediate/​advanced classes.

Pinnacle Training Center is simply a great place to get an incredible workout in. I attend the boot camp classes and my body is always being challenged in a new way each workout. I’m dropping fat, adding muscle, and am past my fear of cardio. The workouts are fun and challenging. The people who attend are incredibly motivational and the instructors are awesome.
I’m only 6 months new to this, but glad I didn’t just pick any place to workout. Anyone looking for something new and challenging, like I was, should check into this place. The aesthetics of the facility can be deceiving at first, but there is much more to what this place has to offer!
Thanks PTC and crew with being patient to my slow start and knowing that I’m improving with each class and workout and just getting better.
Last but not least, I do not mind the 20 minute drive one bit. There are places closer for sure, but I have made the choice that this is the best fit to get fit for me! –GB

I have been a member of Pinnacle for 2 years and have yet to do the same workout twice. That, in itself is motivation enough to keep coming back. Couple that with great trainers and team members that push you to achieve your personal best, there is no other gym I would rather be at. No matter your age or fitness level the gym members in every class are encouraging and helpful. If you don’t know what you’re doing it doesn’t matter, the trainers and members engage in your success. I have never encountered a gym that is genuinely concerned about YOU personally, your goals, and helping you achieve them. If you are looking for a gym, give Pinnacle Training Center a Try, I promise you won’t be disappointed. #lovemygym

If I am going to get up and go somewhere to work out at 515 in the morning, it had better be good and Pinnacle Training offers that. The morning boot camps are excellent and a great way to start your day. Elda and Jon are the trainers i have worked out most with in the mornings and i can promise you they are gonna make it worth your time and effort being there at 515am. i have also taken BJJ here. The BJJ classes are taught by instructors who are passionate about the sport and want you to succeed. I have also done personel training at Pinnacle. I enjoyed my personal training sessions with Elda. She was very passionate about helping me meet my goals and pushing me to new limits (i can do pull ups!) Overall, my experience at Pinnacle has been one of personal growth and strength. I know I am a stronger version of myself because of what I have done here! Truly an excellent place to workout, meet new people and to change your mind/​body/​soul.

Pinnacle Training Center is an awesome locally owed facility that the family and I have been members of for nearly 6 months. My daughter has been taking the evening children’s Jiujitsu classes and loves the setup and teachers. I have been doing morning bootcamp/​kickboxing and have never been in better shape. The staff is helpful and experienced and the members motivate each other. We looked at several other Martial arts and fitness academy’s in the Cedar Park/​Leander area and none of them compared to Pinnacle Training Center.

I joined a bootcamp class in April of 2013 and I have been hooked since then! As an avid runner, I blindly thought this was the best form of exercise for my body. I was able to keep weight off, however I could never seem to achieve the results I wanted with certain parts of my body. After just a few weeks, I began to notice new muscles, better tone and improved physical fitness. Nine months later I am in the best shape of my life.
Aside from the results, I love this gym for several other reasons. The staff/​trainers are incredible. Each one provides a unique and different method of training and motivation. Muscle confusion is key to results and these guys/​girls know how to get it done!
Additionally, I love my gym mates! Everyone who I’ve trained with has become a friend. Though everyone comes from different walks of life, we support and encourage each other like family. I haven’t experienced this level of comradery and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
Bottom line: Motivation. Support. Results.
