Shoe Fitters

I have been here a total of 2 times. I always like to give second chances before I write a bad review. The first time I walked in, I was completely ignored by two sales associate. Mind you I was the only person in there at the time. I thought to myself as I walked out of the store… I am never giving these people my business.
Then, I received a pair of boots bought from shoe fitters from my husband. Upon careful inspection I found a rip at the Seam of the boot. When brought the shoes to return he said, «we don’t sell defective shoes here. I Can give you store credit.» Then proceeded to accuse me of destroying the boots so I can have a reason to return them. I was blown away his comment. Okay, noted customer service sucks. Moving on…
