Since the manager changed the service has dropped. Employees aren’t friendly. I had a bad experience twice. Once I went in at 8:25pm they close at 9pm they refused to make a whole pie and the guy who cooks wasn’t even there he was somewhere in the mall. Then the second time I called in early to order and was on my way to pick up the cashier calls and asks where I am because they are closing earlier since it’s slow. I’ve never heard a business closing earlier than the time they should because it’s slow.

Just watched a worker here eat a sample, and handle the tooth pic after … All the while«boxing with his teammate.

The staff up here is top of the line in all areas. They are very friendly and helpful as well as quick to serve you even when the line seems to go forever. The food is great, all fresh and full of flavor. I was very impressed with my experience here!

Meh, it was pizza so that alone gives two stars. Like they say, pizza is like sex… even when it’s bad, it’s still pretty good. That pretty much sums it up for this place. It smells fantastic. It looks ok, but it just missed on every element that makes a good pizza… good. Crust was too thin. It was not a crispy thin, but a tough, hard, and rubbery thin. It was also burnt black on the bottom. Barely any sauce at all, just enough to give it the illusion of having sauce. Cheese was low-quality and lacked any real flavor. They had a «special» 1 slice of cheese pizza and a large drink for $ 5. That’s what I ordered, but was not charged that price. We got 1 slice of cheese pizza, I slice of pepperoni, and a large drink… it was almost $ 12. Luckily they had parmesan and crushed red pepper shakers to flavor the pizza. It is truly the only thing that saved it. barely. I know I cannot expect anything from a mall food court really worth eating, but seriously how hard is it to screw up pizza? I «should» know better to eat ANY pizza that they sell by the slice. It is never fresh, and you lose quality when you re-heat it before serving it to your customers. Really, I would have much rather waited 15 min. for them to make and bake a fresh pie.

Waited ten minutes, nobody came to wait on us. Once they did finally get out to serve us, though, the food was fantastic. We had the stuffed pizza and the stromboli. Fantastic, for a food court pizza place. Hope the lack of service was a one time fluke.

Great, friendly service! Hubs is very impressed with his meatballs and stromboli, which has chicken and whole spinach leaves. Looks tasty! The only thing I’m less excited about is the sweet cherry lemonade… I didn’t think that when it said«sweet», it meant filled with enough sugar to sweeten 2 gallons of tea. Would be wonderful watered down a tad, or minus about a cup of sugar. Definite mall food win!
