I was in a pretty bad car accident recently that required surgery on my wrist. I broke 4 bones in my wrist so physical therapy was necessary for recovery. Since I’ve never broken a bone before, I was super terrified to begin PT. I did my research and stumbled upon Danny and his crew at Whitestone and boy am I glad that I did!
I adore all of the staff here! They are all so nice and friendly. They remember you like you’re family. I actually in a crazy way look forward to coming in for PT. Who can honestly say that about their PT experiences?!
I’m not gonna lie and say that it’s not painful, because of course it… but Danny is amazing at what he does! I’m making great progress!

I was having problems with shoulder pain. I saw Erin at Whitestone Physical Therapy, and on the first visit, she figured out which muscles needed to be strengthened and which muscles were tight. She gave me exercises to do with a resistance band along with additional recommendations. Even though I didn’t do the exercises on a daily basis, which I should have been doing, I was amazed to see within two weeks how quickly my shoulders improved.

I came with a rib injury that bothered me a lot for four months. Danny was through in identifying the problem to focus treatment. Within a few weeks of therapy, and implementing exercises at home prescribed, the chronic pain is gone. Danny is an excellent therapist and takes the time to answer questions and provide helpful info.
Also noteworthy is that this a very clean place, and the office side was great with appointments.
I recommend this place and experienced significant improvement much quicker than I thought possible.

I recently used Whitestone for the first time and I was really pleased. Danny is great, he spent a lot of time talking with me about my pain and always seemed very concerned with how I was feeling and my progress. I have done PT in the past and this was definitely one of the better experiences. Danny seems very knowledgable and very good at what he does. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful and I never once had any problems with appointment scheduling or reaching someone on the phone. I could write many more praises but I will just say I enjoyed my treatment at Whitestone and I highly recommend them!

I brought an injury to Danny that was not one of the run-of-the-mill problems. He took his time to fully understand and work to isolate the issue. We went through some of his books that mapped muscle structures because it was that difficult to figure out where to focus treatment. After a couple sessions, he knew what to do and he was a huge help to get my condition on the path to recovery.
It is a very relaxed environment and he stays on top of you to make sure you are doing your homework. I have recommended him to a friend as a result.

Awesome service and excellent therapist. Relaxed setting and flexible on appointments.
Danny is tough, but very effective. He makes the time go by and clearly explains what the issue is and how it can be corrected.
Definately would go back, though hopefully with his help, it won’t be necessary.
