This place has tons of employees running around constantly but when you need them, you cannot get one’s attention. The bathrooms were dirty. I know children can be messy but doesn’t that mean you should check on restrooms more often? There were long waits for everything: games, food, and prizes.
At one point a staff member told my niece (who is 3) she couldn’t talk to Chuck E. Cheese because it was not her party’s time. That giant mouse is in a public part of your business, damn right my niece can talk to him and his silly bandmates too.
The staff really need to be more organized and friendly.
I do keep bringing the kids back because it is a safe place for them to run off some energy.

Five stars because the kids in my family love going to this place. It’s been a crowd pleaser in our family for MANY years, so how can you not love a place that entertains kids of almost every age. The pizza is not great, but the kids eat it anyway and there are wings and salad if you really can’t handle the pizza. We have even gone in the morning, bought a bunch of tokens and let the kids go crazy for an hour. I like that they are generous with tickets/​tokens. If a machine doesn’t work right, they are quick to give you the token or tickets you say you deserve — no hassles.
This place is crazy busy on Friday and Saturday nights, so go at your own risk!

One would think that a place to let the kids run around freely would be a mom’s haven. Yeah, I think not. Literally every time we have gone to Chuck E Cheese, someone has gotten sick — pink eye from the unsanitary conditions, the flu, stomach virus, food poisoning from the food. The aftermath of this place is just not worth the hour of getting out of the house with the kids.

The only reason this place doesn’t get 5 stars is because when it is busy its overly packed in there and there should not be that many drunk adults with that many kids in one place. They should make a bigger chuck e cheese! Me personaly I love there pizza and it is pretty entertaining for everyone. If you don’t like large crowds of kids this is not a place for you. But if you like to drink and watch your kids play this is a fun place.
