My experience with Emmerson was nothing short of exceptional. I was helped by a gentleman named Jason… and since I have moved to Cedar Rapids in April, he is one of the kindest people I have met thus far. I brought in an old dresser drawer in hopes of finding some hardware that would fit. It was a difficult case. He spent almost an hour with me patiently finding a solution. I will go out of my way to continue business with Emmerson in the future. Terrific customer service, which is hard to find these days.
