These folks are great. During Ragbrai I had serious trouble with my brakes and happened on this shop. They did a quick fix that allowed me to keep riding, educated me on disc brakes, and gave me advice on long term solutions.

The guys at Hall Bicycle were what sold me on my bike. They were courteous, kind, and really knowledgeable. I came in a few days after test driving my bike and they reminded me that I got a discount on all accessories I purchased up to a week. They don’t have to do that, I would have bought it anyway! I love my bike, and I would recommend Halls for anyone (like me) who really needs to get back into riding.

Fantastic staff! My wife and I bought new bikes here due to the friendly staff, great product and ability to shop without any pressure. We were able to make our own decisions, but the decision was easy after interacting with the staff. We even brought back a bike to exchange it for a different color and it was not a problem at all. In just a few minutes, we were back out on the trail with a different bike with no cost or issue.
Will definitely get our bikes serviced here as well. Very nice that it’s right along the bike trail as well! Just a short ride from our home.

Great Sales Experience with Seth. My husband and I were so pleased with the help that we got from Seth we never shopped anywhere else. He went through product with us and explained all options and features. We test drove 3 different bikes. He was very patient and answered all of our questions that we had. We both bought Treks with him.

Hall Bicycle is the best place to get a new bike. They are experts and did a great job of finding me the perfect bike. They have also did a great job of tuning up my bike in the off season. I would highly recommend Hall Bicycle for anyone looking for a great bike buying experience from experts who know what they are doing! Thanks!

Well, there’s 700 miles on the new bike and it shows some signs of being ridden by a heavier rider. The Bontrager rim started to fail. Halls let me do a warranty exchange on the rim and then upgrade to a much sturdier rim, just paying the difference. When I got it back, it was like new… they did sort of a mini tune-​up.
Once again, these guys went the extra mile and had my bike back on the road in an hour or so. You just don’t find service like this anywhere else. They are nice folks!

No contest here, Hall is the best bike shop in CR. The expert staff has been around the block a couple times and know what they’re doing. The prices are reasonable too.
