Took my cat for one day of boarding while I moved on July 23rd. Really impressed with the polite staff/​owners. The owners might be new? But apparently live near to the kennel so that made me feel really confident leaving my beloved cat there in their care. He was rattled when I picked him up because of the dogs but in general he evened out about a day later… keep in mind my baby was also getting used to the brand new digs. They took great care of him at a reasonable cost and I can’t say enough about how much easier my life was moving with him in their care. Thanks Hilltop.

I like the accomodations for the dog, but the owners and most of the staff are rude and un-​caring. They raised their rates whitout notification and charge you for two days even though my dog was only there for a of 23 hours., how is that fair! Also, I picked up my dog one time and her beeding was completly soaked. I was told the rain sometime blows in. They say it’s heated, well if you have a true in-​door dog beware, it’s freaking cold in the kennels, I checked. Not my best choice anymore!

We recently located from Waterloo, IA and were not looking forward to the kennel hunt. We take our babies to the doggy hotel whenever we are going on holiday. This place is immaculate, the staff is amazing and more importantly our babies LOVED it. Book early.
