I did read a previous review and I can understand that frustration. However, after making a purchase through Lighting sales there was a discrepancy on the number of items shipped versus the number of items purchased. Though the manufacturer insisted they’d shipped the ordered amount I insisted that I knew how many boxes I’d received. Since I placed the order through Lighting Sales they got involved and were able to seek a No Cost Replacement for all 16 boxes which were missing (25 ordered in total and only 9 were received). I can say, Les with Lighting Sales was very kind, responsive and even followed up! THANK YOU LES!!!

Do not buy from Lighting Sales LLC! I purchased a ladder from them and realized it was the wrong size. They told me to go ahead and order the right size and return the first one. After doing so, they would not issue me a refund. I had to file a claim in order to get my money back. This is not a company that has its act together. They care nothing for providing quality customer service. Stay away at all costs!
