Absolutely the worst carpet cleaner I’ve ever used. After 30 hours carpets are still damp. Ran the heat on 74+ degrees and fan non stop and still were damp. Called him back over, was told it’ll dry eventually. I made him try and suck up more water. After another 24 hours (over 50 at this time) couple of spots still lightly wet but now there’s a smell that emits throughout the house. My carpets were cleaner BEFORE they were «cleaned»!
