I was very underwhelmed with their performance as much as I was directed to use them. They did not have the selection of items I was hoping they would. Most of it was pretty standard and even slightly dated wedding fair. Some of the items are circa 1987. It cost ¹⁄₅^th of the price for me to buy manzanita branches online then it would have to rent them from there. What we did rent was not ready for pickup the day before the wedding like it was supposed to be. After waiting around for an hour, they offered to deliver it to the hotel. The day of the wedding we discovered they didn’t give us the hanging votive cups that go with the little shepard hooks and then they tried to tell us they did. I had to send the groom and best man down there for an hour the day of the wedding before they finally conceded they didn’t give them to us and found them in their warehouse. They then sent us more linens then ordered, and we got a bill for some «missing» after the wedding. We had boxed everything they gave us up for them to pick up after the wedding, so I feel they likely miscounted and were too unorganized to realize their error. I will not be using them or recommending them for any future events.
