Horrible wait times. Greeter checked in two people who came in after me and then finally got to me without even an appology. When i inquired about an estimation for the wait time, she flat out ignored me. I told her I had to be out of there in 40 minutes to pick up my son from school, and she just smirked at me and walked away. Horrible service! As soon as our contract is up we are leaving US Cellular for good!

I owe the DMV an apology. Turns out their service is down right speedy compared to US Cellular. The wait times have never been good here, now they are government like. They changed their billing system last summer and bills are still screwed up. Billing issues account for more than half the traffic. US Cellular used to brag they have the most satisfied customers in the business. I don’t think they’ll want to see the survey results now. The rewards program is a joke. For spending hundreds of dollars every month you get worthless points that can be used on overpriced accessories or to move up your phone upgrade by a few months. The interesting thing is before they started the program you could do that anyway — without reward points. Rates continue to increase with each new plan and service is worse than ever. It took more than 45 minutes to see someone today. I thought coming in a few minutes after they opened on a weekday would be better. The customer service people are very knowledgeable once you finally see them but they really need to add more help here.
