Stopped in to look at a new phone that was free with a new 2 year agreement. Sales rep showed me one and turned to walk away. Provided no help didn’t even look up my account to see what I may qualify for. I had to ask him to come back and discuss phone models. He provided no answers. I guess the word free, turns them off. I went home and decided to call back and complain. That went nowhere with the manager. The manager did provide a good tip, you can sometimes get a better deal online, and pick up at the store. I did order online, but picked it up at the SW store. It was worth the drive not too have to deal with the NE store. SW store was very helpful. I stopped in again recently to see if things had changed for the better and add a 3rd line. Sorry to say it was just as bad. Sales Rep had the deer in the headlights look when I asked for any specials. Once again no attempt to reach out for my needs and help. I left the store and ordered through the Verizon call center. I received my phone the next day with two great promotions added to my account and a sincere appreciation for my business. Even the accessories were priced right. Brick and mortar stores are truly turning into a waste of time and gas. At least for this NE store.

Newly remodeled and easy to get into, conveniently located next to best buy. Verizon doesn’t always make me happy but the people in this store are nice and helpful!
