Able Kitchen

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Promised shipping within 48 hours. Not only did I not get a shipping confirmation, I never got the shipment. After two weeks of trying to contact this company by email and phone, I disputed the charge with credit card company. Two weeks later (which was 4 weeks after I placed the order) the shipment arrived, but I no longer needed the product so I refused shipment. I got a message from Robin at Able Kitchen asking why I sent the product back and told her the story of how Able Kitchen never contacted me. Now the charge is back on my card, so I had to re-​open the investigation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. You will regret it.

Super Sleazy Company. I ordered from them because they were one of the few companies who offerred a product, and it was a good price, but there were the following issues:
The item that they were selling was one which they did not have in stock and could not get. It’s not even manufactured anymore.
They charged an $ 8 fee for placing an order for less than $ 50.
They did not send a confirmation eMail for the order.
They charged my credit card immediately, rather than when the item shipped.
Repeated attempts to contact them to inquire about the order went straight to voicemail.
After over two weeks, they finally sent the first eMail to me, informing me that they could not get the product. It appears that they intended to keep the money rather than issuing a refund, suggesting that I call them to order something else.
After waiting the required 15 days, no credit had been issued to my account, so I was left to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
This is not a reputable company, and should be avoided at all costs.

Due to an inaccurate description, I received the wrong item. Now no one will return my call or e-​mail to arrange a return. Good luck getting anything but a voicemail over the phone. Stay away at all costs!!!

The wrong product was delivered and was promptly returned. They promised refund, but it never came. I have called the company numerous times over the course of 4 months and was continuously told they would return the money. They now just hang up on me when I call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are terrible.
