Gel Factory

I used to go to nail salon in the city for my Japanese nail art. This place is pretty good for nail art and they have high quality Japanese gels which was amazing… They have so many colors, glitters, Swarovski stones, studs, and so many more. I love my design so much. They gave me free shoulder massage while I was getting my manicure, and finish my manicure with hand scrubs and dip in the paraffin. It was such a relaxing that I’ve never gotten before.. I will go back this place.

They do good work when they don’t rush. Not the best, but good. Depending on who you get to do your nails determines the kind of service you get. You spend more money, (as in get a lot of designs) the better the service you receive. If you plan on getting a plain manicure or plain gel manicure don’t even bother. They will rush and do a subpar job to get you out the door. I also don’t understand their prices. The first time I got a gel manicure which is $ 25 and with a two finger design it was $ 32. The second time it was $ 37 for the same service with a $ 5 off coupon which means it was originally $ 42. Why was it ten more dollars than the first time plus a coupon on top of that? It makes no sense. I didn’t get any extra designs, only on two fingers. There’s no reason why a two finger design should be that much. They are also my real nails. I asked the lady why it was that much and she said it depends on the design. There’s no reason why it is almost $ 10 a nail. I feel ripped off. A real professional salon would tell you there’s going to be an extra change before you even get your service done. That is extremely unprofessional. There is no reason why I should be paying that much with a coupon. She asked me if I was using a coupon when she started working on my nails. When I said yes she could have told me that it was going to be an extra $ 10 from what I usually pay for a two finger design. I would have then took my coupon and LEFT because that is ridiculous. They aren’t that friendly either. I absolutely don’t mind spending a lot of money on great service but their work and service isn’t worth it.
