Okay so why did I get charged $ 32.25 to get 3 items(2 tops and 1 pants) cleaned. Two of which weren’t even ‘Dry Clean Only’ and just regular tops. The pants were the only ‘Dry Clean Only’ item. Not one item had any stains on it, I just wanted the cigarette smoke scent from Atlantic City to be washed away. I couldn’t believe they charged me that much! They told me to be there by 5pm and I got there earlier(around) 4:20pm and when I got there, they told me to come back after 5pm. It was inconvenient because I am not from this area, I’m just here for Thanksgiving. If anyone is looking for a more reputable dry cleaner, there are many in the area. I certainly found somewhere else(New Century Cleaners) that did a better job, delivered for free and was 1⁄3 of the price!

They didn’t even let me know that they were only going to deliver half the load the first day, and again the next day. I was staying at a rental and luckily they made it just in time, although I did need one thing from the 2nd drop off. I even called and double checked and they said they would have everything ready in 1 day. So fail there! Also, for a company that says they’re eco-friendly — why do they stuff all their sleeves with tissue paper? Isn’t access waste NOT eco-friendly?! Totally unnecessary. Forget these fancy smancy«eco-friendly» cleaners and just support your neighborly dry cleaners that are right outside your door!

I’ve never had such a horrific dry cleaning experience. They got my address wrong the first day, took them two days to pick up, and three days to deliver in scattered packages. Hands down, the most expensive dry cleaners I’ve ever used. Three of my tank tops were deemed«hand wash only» and they«hand washed» them for $ 17-$ 22 bucks a piece. tank tops that always go through the regular dry cleaning process. Not to mention this«hand wash» process of theirs resulted in major stretching of these shirts! Extremely dissatisfied!
