Buffet Queen

It is Kaseys redone. Kaseys closed and moved across the street. The fried chicken used to be good but now it’s pretty meh not great. Decent selection and a good variety of vegetables. It is ok. Not great.

If locals remember caseys home cooking buffet that closed. Don’t expect that here. Kind of the same food here just on a smaller scale and not as good. Could be it is slow which disaster for a buffet. The selections for main dishes are ok lacks a little flavor but good. The cons to this place are the desert selections which are not nothing but fruit, pudding, community ice cream scoop, or a piece of dry cake. No soups and salad selections are limited. The buffet is 8.99 with drink so not bad but to go is only 4.25 a pound. I hate that cedartown can’t get many new good restaurants but maybe this place will improve.
By the way they stick their bowls and plates right side up. The food safety review might fix this issue but no telling what lands on plates right side up including germs and flys. I try not to think about that because it’s a clean place overall.
