Cedartown, GA
Owen’s is a small shack. You drive up and order what you want and leave. This makes it great for lunch or if you want to pick up dinner. It doesn’t have an expansive menu — BBQ sandwiches, fries, and the normal sides that go with it, but this does mean service is streamlined and you are in and out. The prices are affordable for the area and the food beats most other local options for lunch (Fast Food).
The main thing to consider is the BBQ itself. The pork comes sauced and they use a very sweet Kansas City style sauce. For someone that prefers a hotter or vinegar based sauce it isn’t the place for you. Most people in the area love overly sweet sauce so I don’t take stars away for that.
