Rescue Pest Management

Brian at Rescue Pest Mgmt has been wonderful to work with. He comes on time, he tells me what needs to be done, he has advice on how to deal with these crazy Georgia bugs (I’m a California girl so needless to say the insect experience here has been an adventure.) I’m very happy with the personalized service he gives us, and he’s always friendly and happy. I highly recommend his services. If you have a pest control tech who comes out, sprays, and leaves, without any interaction or advice, I’d recommend you try the refreshing service of Brian at Rescue. I found these guys on Craigslist and what a find they were. After some research online and dealing with many other pest control companies that used «hard sell» tactics, it was refreshing to deal with a company that wasn’t just about making the sale and focused on providing you with the servie you really need.
When their technician came out yesterday he was full of pest control knowledge, offered tips for further prevention and alleviated any concern I had about the prevention measures and the potential affect on my child and animals. Think his story about his young child and pregnant wife living in a house that he protected in the same way as my house sealed the deal :)
You don’t always know what you are getting on Craigslist, but I really hit the jackpot with this company. Great service so far and their monthly service fee beats its competition by a long shot! Oh and did I mention that when they said 9 a.m., it really meant 9 a.m. Bonus!
