Tonight I had a situation happen with my daughter. This is a copy and paste of my message to Donna Kazark (Sorry to text you on a Sunday night. I’m pretty frustrated with State Farm Kiana didn’t know that a snow storm was going to happen in Boulder tonight she went to a baby shower and when she left to go home the snow really got bad to make a long story short a car in front of her spun out she hit her breaks and ended up in a ditch where she has been for the 3+ hours she is now almost out of gas and still on the side of the road. I’ve called the number 6 times and she is still there, this is not what I am paying for you’re my agent and someone needs to get there now if not I will pay for a tow truck and give the bill to State Farm!) with in one minute late in the night she called me! You need an agent Donna is there Not State Farm!
