Hauk Custom Pools

We just finished a pool with Hauk. Our project took 54 weeks from start to finish. I cannot strongly enough warn anyone to use someone else. Horrible experience. We had three different project managers, they had to redo different parts of our project multiple times, built the fireplace incorrectly, etc. If I was able, I’d give less than one star.

I was expecting a higher level of service based on reviews and was very disappointed. Promises by Peter were missed after multiple assurances. We loved his design work however my vision was compromised during construction due to lack of communication and failure to share key placement changes due to zoning ordinances. This forced us to making last minute decisions during construction. Some sub contractors were amazing however they were overshadowed by several who were not detail oriented and required multiple visits to fix poor workmanship. They missed our completion deadline due to saturation in the number of pools and poorly timing construction and this had little to do with weather. Stuart the project manager did a phenomenal job but his professionalism can’t compensate for all the miss fires and failures from the Hauk Pool experience.

Hauk Completed our pool in spring of 2015. Loved working with Peter Jackson (design) and Sammy Trevino (construction). If you choose Hauk, I hope you get to work with these two exceptional guys.

Hauk did an amazing job. We looked at all of the major pool builders and we’re so glad that we went with Hauk. The entire staff was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and extremely professional. A special thanks to Peter Jackson and his attention to detail, fantastic design and superior customer service. Now we have a beautiful pool, spa and a great area for family and friends to enjoy! You get what you pay for with Hauk. Don’t settle for anything less.

Hauk did a terrific job. Communication sometimes got lost in translation, but Sammy is definitely the life saver. When things were a little questionable, Sammy assured me that not only is he aware of it, but that it’s already being corrected (typical construction bumps, nothing big). We had to remind ourselves that this IS a construction site, but Hauk worked around some of our requests during construction which made the 2 month duration easier to handle, and the end result is better than I expected!
While we have a few things on our check list to be completed still, I am thoroughly enjoying my back yard and it’s WINTER (yes, it’s winter)! The environment we have back here is a relaxing oasis and the Hauk quality is great.

Outstanding staff… from the front desk person, to the sales team, to the construction teams. Extremely knowledgeable about every part of the construction process and they do an amazing job from start to finish!

Thanks to Hauk Custom Pools, I have a backyard my family loves. The detailed work quality, great design and fantastic customer service has been worth ever penny spent. With Hauk you get what you pay for. Don’t settle for cheap, you will end up with broken promises. Love my pool, a summer oasis!

I have a weirdly shaped backyard but wasn’t going to let that stop me from getting the dream yard I wanted. Called around some and finally settled on Hauk because they could do more than just a pool and build out my entire dream.
Now I have a great pool, spa and area to entertain guests who constantly want to come over now. If I move I’d hire these guys again in a heartbeat.
