I have worked with Devin and his team multiple times this year and continue to be impressed with Arcadia’s high quality of work and attention to detail. They are friendly, responsive and honest. Work was completed in a timely manner and the end product was beautiful!

This review is purely on the estimate portion as I did not work with this group beyond that point.
Made initial contact with Devon via their website, and received a prompt phone followup. Devon made it quite clear that they charge $ 85 for a project estimate. Notwithstanding, we scheduled a meeting in person. The appointment was rescheduled by Devon due to issues at another job site. Devon made every attempt to reschedule to our appointment around our schedule.
The on-​site meeting was very positive and he left us with several ideas. Devon promised to provide the estimate within 5 business day. It should be noted that we did not pay the $ 85 estimate fee, as Devon stated that would be billed with the estimate only if we decided not to proceed with the work. After 5 business days we received nothing. I followed-​up with a phone call and email to which I have received no response to date (6 weeks after the initial contact).
