Terrible experience with landscape design by Myles from Aspen Falls. He was unable to incorporate our vision into a plan. It appears he uses his standard design plan with all his customers. After one month into this and 10 days after asking for a new designer and to scrap his plan we are still stuck with Myles and without a plan we could get started on and without a shade structure or raised planter design which I believe are simple, common requests. He does not«listen» to verbal change requests so the«revisions» are nothing near the style we are looking for. Even when all my inspiration photos sent to him and written requests for clean and modern, we get Colorado mountain theme. Again I ask for a new designer since it was clear we were getting nowhere and instead he insists he has so much experience and knows what he is doing. Really? Is it crazy to expect a landscape design to work with your taste vs his own? After 3 «revisions» with similar results it’s very clear he wasted our time and we have to wait until spring to move forward with a new landscape design firm. I guess the name of the company says it all. If your looking for the standard traditional mountain landscape feel maybe his stock plan will work for you. If you have different or modern taste don’t bother with this company. Check out Mile High Landscaping or Designs by Sundown.

We used them for a backyard project, fire pit, retaining walls, pavers etc. They were quick, professional and reasonably priced. We will use them again.

We sent them a plan to get a quote for our deck. They were completely unresponsive. I called to confirm receipt of the plan and was told they were waiting on some lumber prices and would have a quote to us the following week. We never received a quote and when I left a voice mail to follow up, I received no response. I guess they’re not interested in new business.
