We came here for the first time this week and will definitely be back! Delicious food and very attentive staff. Two family members are vegetarian and loved the black bean burger. Excellent local beer on tap and lots of fun drinks. We sat upstairs and enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains. Good atmosphere, good food, good drinks you can’t go wrong!

Great food and service! We like how clean it is and the staff is always happy. It wasn’t to busy today, but on days it is the staff is on point and still take care of you.

Came here b/c of the great reviews & was a little disappointed overall. Burger was ok, seating upstairs was neat, but we likely won’t be back. Nothing spectacular — especially for the price. Shared bacon cheeseburger w sweet potato fries, salad & strawberry shake w my husband. Sweet potato fries were super salty but tasted good w the dip they came with. Bacon wasn’t done enough for me, but I had forgotten to ask for only extra crisp. Asked for med-well burger so my husband would like it too, but came out well done. Husband said salad was okay(I didn’t end up trying it — just didn’t look good to me). Shake was big disappointment. They brought us 2 miniature/kiddie looking strawberry shakes instead of one regular. No whip cream or cherry(which you even get standard at McD’s these days). No stainless steel shake cup on the side(which I am used to getting at diner type restaurants). We didn’t ask to split the shake… It was also quite thin & too creamy for my taste(not enough strawberry flavor — very milky). Not worth the price for that at all. At one point I actually wondered if they have us leftovers from the makings of other shakes. I almost said something, but just didn’t want to deal with negative vibe of complaining right then. Other strange thing was the server asked if I was done with my plate while I was still munching & clearly eating off of it. Awkward. Out the door w tip was around $ 40 I think. Ouch.

I’ve been to the Bad Daddy’s in Landmark a few times, so it was a treat to try out the Southglenn location. While the main dining room is quite smaller here than at Landmark, this is due to the fabulous patio upstairs! They have about 8 tables outside on the patio with a movable rooftop and more tables inside that get a nice breeze when the doors are open. Had a few issues with service at this location. It took a while to get initial service and had to clean the table off before sitting(handy that they have extra paper towels on each table). This was understandable because we were told it was open seating upstairs. Service was just overall slow, as I believe there were only 1 – 2 servers upstairs on a Saturday night. Took a while to get drinks and food too. Also, it was quite disappointing that the apps we ordered came at the same time as the burger, so by the time we got to eating burger it was cold. Additionally, we ordered happy hour apps but was charged for full price b/c server didn’t ask/communicate. When we mentioned it to the server she gave us attitude and wasn’t willing to adjust the price. Due to this, what would have been a 4 star experience, was a 3. COMEHEREFORTHE… –PATIO. View of the Rockies! –BURGERS, of course. Burgers are creative, tasty, and always cooked properly. Try the mushroom burger(so many types of yummy mushrooms PLUS truffle aioli), western bbq burger with shoestring onions, or the Mama Ricotta(you had me at pesto!). –BADDADDYSAUCE(holy yum!). It has excellent spice and balance of sweet and creamy. It comes with the Tots, but also goes well with the sweet potato fries. –CHILI — Great flavor and love the beans, perfect for a cold day. –BANANAPUDDING — Great balance of ingredients. –HOUSEMARGARITA– Margaritas keep me coming back — for the price, the taste, and the strength! And I think one is plenty on a normal outing(holy cow they are deliciously and wonderful strong — pleeeease don’t change a thing here, Bad Daddy’s)! SKIPTHE… –Fried pickles. Just okay. Nice crisp on them. –Housemade potato chips. Just okay. –BBQ chicken nachos. Tasty, but just didn’t hit the spot(not enough toppings maybe? or processed cheese?) — not good enough to want to order them again. Stick with the burgers. –Bad Ass Burger, namely the Buttermilk bacon. Too big, hard to eat, and bacon was overcooked. –Atomic Green Chili Tots — so spicy we couldn’t even eat them(I’m sure if you like crazy spicy you might like them)

Out of the three locations I have been to, Cherry Creek, Southwest plaza, and this one, this hasn’t fully lived up. The service is meh, kinda slow, not really friendly, and food doesn’t always come out right. We always get the truffle fries and at all the other locations we get it and the sauce is on top along with the seasoning. Here we received some with a simple side of the garlic sauce and no seasoning. When we asked if it was right they stated yes and refused to replace. We have been back since and sure enough, that order was incorrect as they have fixed it, but to say we were wrong was not ok. The burgers are just like the other locations, so if you simply like the food then you can get it here as well. Overall not the best Bad Daddy’s int he area. Also Southglenn is a very busy area, prepare to park quite far away as there are so many shops that bring in people it can get quite crowded.

For starters, the service was poor. The server was not very attentive. The burgers really had no flavor. My mom and I split two different ones since this was our first time. The mushroom burger was not very mushroomy tasting. The Pittsburgher had fries and garlic ketchup, neither of which had flavor. The meat had no taste. The fries were too oily. It was not what I expected, but upon looking up the restaurant, it is a subsidiary of Good Times. So basically it’s the same quality and taste at a higher price. Will not be back.

Came here with my girlfriend for Dry Docks release of their Sour Apricot beer. As my first time here and didn’t really know what to expect. We where told there was a 30 to 45 minute wait at the door but we could go up to there rooftop patio for drinks but that they didn’t serve food up there. OK I guess, not sure why they don’t serve food upstairs though. Anyway my buzzer went off as soon as we sat and ordered a Apricot sour beer in about 3 minutes. Not very organized feeling thus far. We went and sat at our table and one of the employees said they had a extra chili cheese tot and wondered if we would like it for free. We said ok but maybe we should have passed because all the tots where soggy like it had been sitting in the food window for awhile. Our waiter finally came by and we ordered some chips and queso instead it was good but the queso was very watered down. We both ordered burgers my girlfriend got the bacon cheese burger on steroids and I ordered the fried cheese burger and upgraded to a double, that was a mistake these burgers where huge. What great burgers they where though I couldn’t really taste the fried cheese on mine but this horse reddish sauce that was on it was killer. My girlfriend loved her burger as well and even though they burnt about half the bacon on her burger there was enough to scrape off what was burnt and still have plenty for the sandwich. She also commented on how good the jalapeño bacon that wasn’t burnt tasted. We finished our dinner off with a strawberry milkshake and unfortunately even though we drank it all this was not even cold not sure how a milkshake gets warm so quickly but it was like drinking strawberry milk instead of frozen blended ice cream. This place has all the makings to be a great burger bar but seemed to fall flat on almost everything. That being said I would like to give it another try just don’t know how soon that is going to be.

Not bad for a first visit! While the place was packed to the gills and could’ve used more seating, the staff was top notch, the food was great and the beer selection hit the spot. Found a good summertime spot for sure!

Ok, came in on a Sunday afternoon and sat upstairs. The place was moderately crowded — snowy weekend and people trying to get out. Ordered a create your burger and a create your own salad. Waiter came back 10 minutes after our order to ask if we were ready to order — reminded him that we had already done so. My wife asked about the blueberry beer and was offered a taster. Although the beer was good no one ever followed up with her to see if she wanted to order a glass to drink. Seems to be a pretty big missed opportunity. Waited over 40 minutes for a salad and burger to arrive. Ridiculous! Blamed on kitchen but hard to believe that any kitchen takes that long for a bunless burger and a salad. My peanut butter burger«topping» came in the side — no way to actually get it on the burger. Spoke to Andrew the manager on the way out who will look into addressing issues. Will probably try again.

Went here with friends and kids and were not able to sit upstairs. Darn! I’ve been wanting to get up there for a while and it seems I always miss out for some reason or another. I’ll update this review when I get up there. Hey, this place is cool. They did one of those inside/outside deals at the bar(I did not sit there, but of course noticed it). Kind of a San Diego thing or like a Lola’s in LoHi. You are sitting outside but served by the bar tender inside(to be fair Bar Louie has that too although it’s not open often). Can I just say it… I love that! So the food at this place is really interesting. True gourmet burgers, and an incredible concept of «make your own salad or burger». Now… when I say that, I really mean it. You pick all ingredients and they come out fresh and ready to eat.(Hmmm, wonder if they would chop it small for me too? …next time). The fried pickles are some of the best I’ve had. Don’t seem overly salty, which is usually an issue. Beer menu is ample, and they come in two sizes… the«I’m not driving home 20oz, and the more moderate 16oz». Service has always been good and the building is brand new so bathrooms are super clean. Fried pickles

Thanks for a very responsive and resposible manager, we dined here again and I’m inclined to update my review with a much higher rating. Two of us went back and had a virtually identical order, and it was very tasty and we experienced NONE of the negative issues that I complained about in my original review. The burgers/sandwiches were very good, not dripping in sauce. The sides were crispy, and not greasy or salty. Honestly, it was a great meal and we have nothing to complain about. Our waitress was beyond friendly and helpful.(She is also the bartender). She was terrific and a real asset to the restaurant. I’m so glad the manager here listens to their customers. Everything we mentioned seems to have been addressed, and if the menu looks good to you, you should give it a try. When I want a burger and fries and a beer, I’ll go back. Well done.

I was here for dinner and the meal was great. The staff was very friendly and checked on us several times. This was my first time at BDBB, but I would definitely go back for another try.

The food was really good. That’s really the best thing I can say about this location. Pretty much any permutation of the burger you can get will definitely work for you. Service was very, very poor. Our server disappeared for long stretches at a time. It even got so bad that when our food came out and the runner asked if we needed anything else I was like — refills on all our drinks would be great — but she said she couldn’t help with that. I was thinking. then why ask? The TV across from us went out about 5 minutes after we got there and they never fixed it. And the worst part was that the small pub table next to us had 2 people seated right after we got there and about 10 minutes later 4 more people showed up. It was a tight fit for 4, and 6 was impossible. I literally had to make 3 people move just to get up. And the server laughed about it and didn’t care. Super annoying.

We really loved the Southlands location when we lived over there, so we were syched to see one open in our new ‘hood Southglenn. Same great burgers(piled high with topping), a wide beer menu, delicious tots and tons of TVs(when they work). This one still has A LOT of kinks to work out. We were seated in the bar area and a party of 6 were seated next to us at a 4 person pub table! They squeezed in and overflowed into our space. The server and hostess didn’t seem to give a f$ck that they were loud, in the way and at a table that couldn’t fit them. Totally kinda ruined the experience. Oh and the TVs around the bar in front of us went out 5 minutes after we got there and they just turned them off! Service was slow, the burgers and food were great and the beer was good. I would try it again, but it only gets one more chance to get it right. Burger joints are a dime a dozen. I am being generous with 3 stars because I know it can be better.

Great food. We ate upstairs today and it was the 3rd time I have had the opportunity to eat(drink) here. This time we had the Bad Ass Burger and the Bad Ass Margarita and Daddys Nachos. Unfreaking believable! Ever had deep fried Buttermilk Bacon? Get the Bad Ass Burger. Thirsty get the Bad Add Margaritas they only let you have 2. Best server I have had in forever is Carrie! She works behind the bar upstairs!
