Belles & Beaus Academy

Not sure who this other woman dealt with but, this center is by far the most family friendly place I have ever been to. I love the small business feel of this center. You can tell all the teachers love their classes and you just feel at home when you walk through the door. I would highly recommend this center to anyone who wants their children receive excellent care and a great preschool education.

This place by far is the worst establishment that I have ever dealt with when it comes to child care. First off, the director Jennifer is the rudest person I have ever come in contact with that deals with children. They way she talks to adults and employees is astonishing. I have never seen her interact with children, because all she does is sit at the front desk and yells at her employees. I sure hope she doesn’t talk or treat the children like that. Also, *BE AWARE* they make you sign a ‘contract’ for their services and if you so happen to miss a day or a week etc. (because of a sick child) you are still forced to pay and if you don’t pay the director threatens to send you to collections. Whatever you do, DO NOT call it a daycare, the director will literally scold you and remind you that it’s a ‘child care facility’ which by definition is exactly the same thing. And don’t even try to get the owners email to file a complaint because again the director will refuse to provide that information to you. I believe that she has the wool pulled over the owners eyes to think she is running that establishment well. On a good note, my daughter’s teacher Ms. Patty was wonderful but that was definitely not enough to stay. If the owner so happens to read this… PLEASE reevaluate your staff this facility could be way more successful if you simply clean house and let some people go.
