CW was prompt, knowledgeable, clear on the problem and available solutions. I obtained a recommendation from a reputable home theater sales company before calling him. When I did call, I asked about the one very negative review appearing, and received an explanation and information indicating that review was not factually accurate, satisfying me about that item before I had him come out. I am glad I disregarded it.

Here is a person who delivered on what he told us. Our HDTV had made a pop and then stopped working. We called CW on a holiday. He called back the next morning and came to our house in the afternoon. He ordered the parts and replaced them the next day. He knew that because one board died, another one would go in the next couple of months. Now our TV will work for several more years at a cost less than a new one. We would call CW again. He knows what he is doing.
