This is a great business. Michael is prompt, professional, and has your needs in mind. I don’t know how many hours he spent working on our computer needs. The old one was dying, it was a refurb that had lasted 5+ years. He clearly explained what was going wrong and what he could do to put a bandaid on it. In the end we decided on another refurb. He shopped around and found a refurb that doubled our processing speed (maxed it out) while adding double processors. He then transferred all of our old PC data over to the new machine.
I can’t say enough good about Michael without painting him into a corner! If you need help, give him a call; you won’t regret it. After the holidays I’m going to ask him to look at our laptop.
