I have a jacket in need of a new zipper to them on Saturday morning, January 2. The owner said it would be ready the following Saturday. I went to pick it up Saturday afternoon, January 9. They had not started the work. The owner apologized, she said it would be complete by the end of the day, and they would call me to confirm when it was ready. I did not receive a phone call. I called them Monday, January 11 at 10:00 a.m. and the owner said the jacket was ready. I drove to the shop ~ almost 20 miles each way ~ and the jacket was not ready! In fact the zipper replacement was not even started! Again she apologized and said it would be ready by the end of the day. I was furious, asked for my jacket, left the shop, and will never return!

Dress looks and fits great… price was WAY too high. I’ve never paid over $ 100 for alterations in my life. I was better off getting a new dress.

Did an amazing job fixing my husband’s leather jacket. Got it fixed up in record time and it looks beautiful.
The only thing is they only take cash, so bear that in mind when picking up your items!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Rude people, unprofessional. Called several places and checked turn around time for item and gave them item well in advance from date I needed. Came to pick it up and found out they had forgotten and not even started it. No apology, no call to tell me of delay. Took my dress elsewhere. Would not recommend to anyone.
