Well, first and foremost, the place is simply GORGEOUS. You walk in and there’s this bright, airy feel about the place. All the décor is whites and silvers and I felt immediately at home (which is a pretty high bar form e, since I’ve had so many visits to Vegas spas and salons). I was greeted by the owner, Loni, who was kind and friendly, and she went over all the services offered and gave me a tour. I was very impressed and decided to try a couple services, so I went with a mani/​pedi and a massage. (NOTE: They do accept walk-​ins, but it’s probably much easier on you and the staff to schedule appointments :))
My mani/​pedi was done by Jamie, who was super friendly and fun. She gave me some really great tips about getting my cracked heel under control and was sooo professional. I’ve had horror stories where the pedicurist will just grab your legs and force them this way or that but Jamie was communicative and gentle.

First time at Glosshouz today — absolutely beautiful facility! Blow dry bar, manicure bar and pedicure section. There is a gorgeous room off to the side with a lounge for private parties & food. I thought it was just the salon/​mani/​pedi part of the business, but, through another door was the entrance to a full service spa — brand new upscale spa rooms with full service facials, wraps, massage, exfoliation and specialty baths. I had a blowout with the adorable Aimee — she did a fantastic job just before I headed out of town. I would totally host a bridal party or girls retreat here! Very upscale overall design & feeling, great customer service centric spa and salon with excellent options for snacks & beverages. I highly recommend!!!

I went here over a week ago and I really had to think about the rating I wanted to give this place to me a pedicure that earns five stars has to be spot on in every way.
The atmosphere of this place is absolutely beautiful and the cleanliness of this place deserves five stars.
The techs were very friendly and my end result is a beautiful pedicure they also deserves five stars BUT
To me one of the best parts about a good pedicure is the chair as well as the massage and both of these lacked here. The chair that you sit in is just a regular swivel chair (somewhat uncomfortable actually) and I love a good massaging/​heated chair and the technician barely rubbed my legs let alone could I call it a massage.
And the overall reason for my three stars is the price… $ 50 for a pedicure. I really want a wow on every level for such an expensive pedi. I wouldn’t go back for a pedicure that’s average for an above average price however i do plan to go back to try their other services though.

Wow! The salon and spa is gorgeous. They have thought of every detail in the décor and experience.
I had my lashes done today by Virginia and I couldn’t be more pleased. She did a wonderful job, exactly what I wanted and in a timely fashion.
The treatment rooms are small, but the chair I was in today was amazingly comfortable and heated!
Can’t wait to go back. I am dreading the point where they are so slammed I’ll have to wait for an appointment! :)
