Appalling customer service from«manager.»(Cindy). Return policy was not clearly articulated at the time of purchase nor correctly posted. Tried to return an item and would not accept a measly $ 12 return and in exchange has lost a loyal customer forever. I understand their prices are cheap but their service does not need to be. Be aware and I HIGHLY recommend shopping elsewhere.

Been here a handful of times. It has always been organized and clean. The sizes run small(no vanity sizing overseas) so be sure to try things on. The prices are affordable, especially for trendy items. They always have sales and clearance racks. They have work attire, workout clothing, mens, kids, accessories, lingerie, etc. I’ve never left empty-handed.

H&M has great prices and I find there is quite a bit of variety. Most of the time I never find anything I like but every now and then there’s something for me. The quality is ok but nothing will lasting thus the good prices. The men’s section is incredibly small and incredibly tight. The disrespect for men is very high as demonstrated by no changing room but instead a corner with a curtain you can draw. For that they lose a star although they should honestly lose my business. Sadly though as a man I’ve grown to just be thankful that there is even a men’s section.

On Saturdays they only have 2 registers open at each station. So the lines are long. I ask why not they say don’t have enough people cause sales are down. Do they not realize that maybe sales would be up if people didn’t leave cause the the lines are too long to check out.

H&M is trendy and cheap, and I like this location. It’s quite large, and thankfully is less crowded than the downtown one. Their clothes seem to vary quite a bit– sometimes I find things I love there, and sometimes nothing seems quite right. In the same vein, quality varies as well; I’ve bought a few things that seem like they’ll last forever, but a few others that have had seams separate almost immediately. I do like their accessories, which are nice and cheap. Fitting rooms are nice and spacious The line can be a bit long for both fitting rooms and the checkout line, but at least personnel are friendly. I’m not sure why it’s a destination store, but for some reason it seems to be. For options in Southglenn, I prefer Old Navy, but if you’re in the area anyway, it’s definitely worth stopping in.

I love how big the store is compared to the other H&M stores nearby and the location is really nice. The selection is fairly large, with the women’s on the first level and men’s located on the second. The sale section is superb as well, not as cleared out and messy, which makes finding a gem at a great discounted price all the more easier! Fitting rooms are spacious and well-lit also, not too much of a line if you go during the weekdays, but watch out for weekends. The employees are really helpful and are willing to stop what they’re doing to address any of your concerns, which left me with a great impression!

This H&M is a fairly nice store, I think one advantage is its location. Since it’s at Southglenn, it’s a little less hectic(or seems to be) than some of the other stores I’ve been to during the holiday season. While this is store is definitely bigger than some H&Ms I’ve been to(the ones with just female clothes), their men’s section is much smaller than some I’ve been to. They also do not have an extensive variety of men’s underwear that some of the larger stores do. All that being said, always check out what’s on sale. This store had polos on sale for $ 5 this weekend and I’d also scour around and see if you can find a $ 20% off coupon that went out in some H&M sales catalogs recently. As with any H&M that I’ve been to, the checkout lines are typically long as slow moving, but if you can grab some deals, it’s defnitely worth the wait — just make sure you have a game or news app loaded on your phone to keep you entertained!

For a clothing store this trendy, I was expecting it to be much more expensive. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable most of the merchandise is and what a wide selection they have. The only complaint I have is that the men’s section doesn’t carry extended sizes. I would love to shop here for my husband, but I could not find a single item that would fit him(he’s 6’2″ and built like a line backer). They have XL in *some* items, but nothing bigger, and all the sizes seem to run small anyway.
