Kao Shieng Asian Bistro

I moved here from California not too long ago and I was über disappointed when I found out the so-​called Chinatown is all the way on Federal. Although it’s not really all that far, I was used to having my dim sum every Sunday 5 minutes away. My husband and I found this place accidentally. I have to say this place is pretty secluded so I had second thoughts when we went in. But luckily, they had awesome dim sum and some of their dishes (especially beef chow fun) was fabulous! I am so happy because the place is 5 minutes away from my house. It is pretty quiet on the weekends but I think it’s because people don’t know about this gem in Centennial yet. The owners are also really nice. I didn’t know a single Asian person here but now I do!
UPDATE: They sold the place and the owners went back to managing Superstar in Denver. They don’t have dim sum anymore. BOOOOOO.
