I will not be giving New Visions my business in the future. I can only speak for the retail side of the business as we did not see the doctor here. We recently moved from out of state and my daughter was given a new prescription. I went here to order her new glasses and lenses. I was told insurance would cover everything and that it would take a week to get the frames and an additional week to get the lenses. The next day I received a message that there was actually a $ 25 copay. Mistakes happen, no big deal. After two and half weeks I had not heard anything and called to see what was going on. The lab forgot to add transitions so they weren’t ready, but I would get a phone call when they were. Four week after I initially ordered the glasses they arrived. When I was called I was informed there would be another fee of $ 25 so a total of $ 50. Tell me that up front. Call me when you know my glasses will be late. Put a rush on the lenses the second time around. A rush should not take 2 weeks. I did voice my disappointment and was offered a brief sorry but we did everything we could from our end. Hope that helps someone else avoid problems.
