Very brief interaction with this company, merely out of curiosity, and found that nmot only are the«personal» communications rude, but so are the rather confusing and misleading emails that the staff send. I attempted to gain some confidence in a rather valuable item(that I really don’t want to sell, but thought i would check out) and they offered me a disgustingly low price for the item, and then rescinded the offer by claiming they didn’t accept items of this nature…

Based off my personal experience with this company, I am not surprised the CEO of Pawngo would dump Butterfingers in the middle of Boston on the company’s dime. From the super bowl stunt to my past personal relations with this company, the communication/human interaction professionalism just isn’t there. Support your local pawn shops!

This company perpetrated a rude and ignorant publicity stunt in Copley Sq in the middle of Boston, MA mocking the Patriots football team immediately after losing the Super Bowl. Not only is marketing a company using shock value by dropping 900 lbs of Butterfingers in the center of Boston an immature and short-lived way to be in the spotlight, but they have destroyed their market in the Northeast. I hope they don’t plan to expand, because this company is on my blacklist, and I will see to it that they don’t get my, or any of my friends’/acquaintances’ business as well. Despicable.
