Arrived 20 minutes early for a 2pm appointment for paperwork, and have now been here one hour with no follow up as to how much longer it will be. This appt is with a PA, just trying to get in the door! Ended up waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes. After going in, I was treated promptly and professionally. Had an xray taken and met with Angie, the PA. She went over the xray and told me all about my arthritic hip. Did not feel rushed at all, she answered all of my questions, performed a physical exam, and went into detail about hip replacement. I really liked her, and felt heard. When I mentioned the long wait, she apologized, and said, «It had been a bad day.» Future planning would include early morning appointments.

Made an appointment with Dr. McPherson for acute upper back pain. No x-ray, he looked at my back but look was about it. The doctor seemed like he could care less was in a hurry. He said here is a location where you can do physical therapy and left. Great treatment.

I had a total hip replacement surgery by Dr. Loucks last January. His work is remarkable. I had no surprises. Surgery went smooth and exactly how he and his staff explained it to me.
If you have a bad hip, don’t waste your time, go see Dr. Loucks. I had horrible pain, my hip locked in numerous occasions, I could not even sleep because I was bone on bone. I have a new pain free life. I cant thank Dr. Loucks enough.
