What a joke, online says parts are in stock. Drive to store and find they have a very poor inventory and are out of the part. The parts bin drawer is filled with mostly empty spaces. Employee is like well the online inventory is not reliable. Well apparently neither is the ability for store employees to replace inventory. Will order from Amazon

Awesome service! Brandon figured out what needed to be done to repair a first-gen Atari with a damaged power cable. Both he and the other employee in the store that day(whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, but she was very friendly and helpful) worked to troubleshoot the problem and figured out how to get the console up and running. Both employees knew RadioShack’s stock well and were very knowledgeable about cables, connections, and technology in general. Highly recommended store and personnel.
