Had our furnace inspected. Good guy, very professional. Showed up on time and did a good job explaining our system and even fixed a few issues from past installers.

I chose Royal’s Heating and Air after reading the outstanding ratings and reviews on Angie’s List. I don’t believe any rating was below 5-​star. And I was not disappointed. Joe performed the most thorough inspection on the functions and safety of my furnace that I’ve ever received. He cemented the pvc condensation drain pipe that the furnace installer had failed to cement (and which had a drop of water hanging on the bottom). He checked not only the operation of the furnace and thermostat, but for any carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. He even checked the gas pipe to my water heater. Joe must have used 4 or 5 sensoring tools to check the operation and safety of my furnace. He removed and inspected more components than any other furnace contractor ever did. Joe also provided excellent education and advice about my system. Joe is what I look for in all my contractors — honest, fair, and caring — about his work and his customers. I will definitely use Joe for all my heating needs.

Joe is a great guy and stays until the job is done. Got my heater, humidifier, and A/​C from him. He even made a free service call about my swamp cooler. Highly recommended.
