This pizza place is true to the New York style pizza. Amazing garlic knots. We will be back.

I tried them again and they did a much better job. It isn’t my favorite pizza but it was still good. The wings were better then average and they showed up when they said they would. For the price with a coupon they did a good job.

Over the holidays my pizza-loving family decided to try The Garlic Knot. It was a regrettable decision. The hostess was friendly and energetic, but the main waiter seemed out of sorts(high?) and forgetful in taking our order and giving us drink refills. We ordered off of the menu but the waiter was struggling to get the order right and three times he read it back to us he had something wrong. I think we had three different guys: one to take our order, one to deliver the appetizer and another to bring out our entrees. We started with the cheesy garlic knots. The dough was good. We tried the veggie calzone, alfredo pasta, and my husband had some meat pizza. We all had the same reaction, it was greasy and had an unusual and unpleasant taste in each of the three dishes. To make it a completely miserable experience, the staff thought it was a good idea to leave the outside doors open and let the freezing night air in. Two of us started having stomach issues while we were still at the restaurant.

Ordered the lasagna on one visit, spaghetti & sausage on another. Have yet to try the pizza. Food was good and tasted good. Service was good, if a little slow on a slow night. Could tell the teens working were a little bored. Garlic knots are good but GARLICKY(What else should I expect though?) !!!

I wanted to try something new and I always drive by this place. The medium is fairly small and as much as I wanted to like the pizza I can say it was fair. The dough wasn’t very good compared to other places I’ve been to in area. The kids menu is outstanding and that drew my attention. I got a milkshake and a salad for myself we split the veggie pizza between 2 people. I can say it was small for the price 15 $ is a bit overpriced for the size. The kiddo loved the lasagna and I have to say that overall it was pretty good. Probably won’t be ordering from here again due to the prices and size of everything but glad we tried it.

–Good pizza –Good sauce — I would recommend ordering extra sauce –Garlic knots have lots of garlic flavor –Not as greasy as I like a good NY pizza to be, but that is typical for this area Their menu also has uncooked pizza dough, which is cool if one wanted to make their own pizza.

Customer service is great, food was delicious. Giving a 5* altho I felt like the food I had –lasagna– could use a little more seasoning. I felt like the sauce lacked some more oregano but this is just a matter of preference so I won’t take a star off for this.

Nice and friendly staff that made sure we got the order we wanted. Excellent Neapolitan style pizzas and the namesake garlic knots are fantastic. It’s a good price for a pizza that is superior to the large chain pizza places.

Ordered off their website, apparently I was out of their delivery area, even though I’ve ordered from then before. Nobody tried to call me or anything to tell me, they just cancelled it. Manager was all excuses, no solutions. I’m very disappointed.

I heard from a friend that The Garlic Knot is the best pizza in Colorado, so when I saw a flyer for their new opening sitting on the counter at work, I had to give it a try. I ordered the garlic knots and a specialty pizza, a white pizza with spinach, tomatoes, & garlic. First, for the garlic knots… They were great! A good consistency and flavor. They went too quickly. Second… The pizza. The crust was great, I loved the crispness of it, but the flavor was just okay. I think it would have tasted better if the garlic was baked under the cheese rather than put right on top. The service was good, though if I came again I would probably order to-go. The only complaint I have is that my water was refilled with vitamin water, which I’m not a fan of. Will definitely come here again for takeout. Overall, would rate this a 3.5.

Really want to love this place as it’s right down the street from my house. Also — I know the owner checks these boards and has been communicative in our neighborhood online newsletters. Staff is great and always been more than welcoming when you come in. Garlic knots are delicious. Only things we’ve really sampled here were the pizza, beers, salads and aforementioned, so please keep in mind. The pizza was perfect the first several times we went in and had takeout. Seems lately though(several orders) that the consistency has had some issues on our pie orders — no extra cheese, pizzas seem undercooked, extras not added on pizzas when ordered? Not sure what’s going on behind the scenes but when you’re paying over $ 20 for a specialty pizza… it should be pretty spot-on. Again — I love this place and really want to see them boom but am having a hard time lately between them and Big Bill’s(always consistent), but thought this was EVEN better after the first few tries. Hope they can get back on track. Please bring me back a reason to give 5 stars!!!

Excellent customer care from the moment that you walk in the door. All of the staff at this restaurant acted like as if they really cared about their customers. Then came the food part. It was outstanding from the garlic knots to the pizza. We took advantage of a menu that was mailed to us with coupons and ordered a two topping large pizza with 10 garlic knots. The pizza was extraordinary. We didn’t want to stop eating it. You could tell that the pizza was fresh and the dough was crispy and flavorful. The dining area with large with many seating options. Can also cater to adult customers with a good selection of alcoholic beverages. They pride themselves on catering to the entire family. This is definitely going to be our new favorite pizza place.

We visited this location while in town visiting friends. The inside dining experience was great and roomy for our large group of about 10 people. The staff was very friendly and the food was fresh and delicious! The garlic knots with cheese were the best I’ve had in a while. Compared to major pizza chains, this place is tops and they really care about the customer experience. We all ate our leftovers for breakfast the next day!

They have a coupon for a large pizza, knots and wings for 19.49 when I called to order I asked if that included the specialty pizza. The guy said yes. But when I went to pick it up they charged me $ 27 for the additional toppings. Ugh! The pizza was okay but we won’t be back. The coupon just says large pizza it doesn’t say large cheese. To respond to the comment from GK: The staff did apologize but we didn’t get a complimentary item. My review is a fair representation of my experience. I do understand mistakes happen though and I appreciate the response.

This place is an absolute joke. Been there four separate time and they have messed up the order every time. I had a $ 200 order today and they claim someone called and canceled it. No apologies for mistakes they made. Manager was extremely rude and blamed me for the mixup. Save yourself the frustration and do not go there

I was so excited to try the menu at this new location but was a bit disappointed with the food. I called for delivery and the person taking my order didn’t seem to know what she was doing. The coupon I had just said a large pizza, knots and wings for $ 19.95. The basic cheese pizza was the only one included in the offer but I could add any additional item for $ 1 each, so I went that way. The pizza was good, nothing really to write home about. The knots were the biggest disappointment, they were sized and shaped inconsistently, some were burned, others were still doughy on the inside and they were swimming in grease, basically without any flavor. My husband is Italian and knows how to make garlic knots, so I was sort of expecting something similar to his. I must say that the delivery was awesome, I was told 45 minutes to an hour and it arrived within 40 minutes, the delivery guy was friendly and personable. I think this location has some kinks to iron out and I will try them again when they have been here for a while. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Great food, order the knots!!! The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is great! I can’t believe they finally opened one in this area!!! My favorite pizza is the Chelsea and my girlfriend always gets the Metropolitan. Try the dip and dots for dessert.
