I am writing this review in the hope that it helps someone else make an informed decision on which dealer service to trust in the Cedar Rapids area. While traveling across country, my Winnebago View RV had serious issues. The trouble began in St Louis where the Dodge dealer there treated me like I was a burden. $ 1000 dollars, and two days later, I was on my way with a still broken machine. I managed to make it to Junge Dodge in Center Point, IA.
Josh Wyckoff, the service manager, assured me they could fix it. (one expensive part) He had complete faith in Scott Klinkkammer’s ability to troubleshoot the problem. They ordered the part which took a few days to arrive, but 3.5 hours later, I drove away with a perfect vehicle! This service department is highly professional and attentive to concerns and needs. If you need car (or camper) repair, this service department is top notch.
