Absolutely one of the most unfriendly people that I have ever seen. The guy with the tattoos all up his arm needs to put a smile on his face or find a new job! Heather and Courtney are so unfriendly and shouldn’t be in the service industry. Go do something that makes you happy! Grouches…

This is the best Starbucks on planet earth. It can take a while sometimes but it’s because it’s a small store. The people are so nice, always call you by your name and make you feel really good. Amazing customer service. Love starting my day with cool hipsters baristas who know how to be a real Starbucks. Five stars #blessup

I love Starbucks … This is one of my 3 favorite locations. The staff is very friendly and my drinks are very consistent and perfect each time. This location is very busy all the time … Due to the fact they have great service, excellent product and a perfect location! Keep up the good job!

2nd time in 2 months the shop has had no soy milk– after I waited in their crammed line for 10 min. For a «higher end» shopping destination, it’s a shame this Starbucks isn’t up to par. Not to mention every time I am in there the tables and floors are absolutely filthy and unkept. The store flow is also completely off– the line to order runs into the beverage pick up area and customers have nowhere to go; I sense management at this place is poor given I have been to many Starbucks and this is the only and worst one I have ever seen. Tisk tisk.

Competent is not a word I would use… Waited a little too long for iced coffee, person in front of us walked out. Staff seemed oblivious to people there.

Delicious fast and friendly, great on the run also lovely outside to sit and very kid friendly in the summer since there are sprinklers for the children to play in so bring a swim suit. During the colder months there is a fire place going right outside and near Christmas Santa visits and takes pictures with your child for a fee.

The employee accidentally made someone elses drink before mine and I didnt notice and so she gave me a bigger size for free. Totally not necessary but I loved it. Great customer service!

They don’t have much room inside — not the best place to do work inside.

The service is good, the drinks are very good, never had a problem with them messing anything up. Their prices are about average of what you would pay at a normal Starbucks. Also, surrounding Starbucks, has a kind of weird sitting area… Almost like a stadium. In the middle is a kid friendly zone as in the ground, water shoots out and there are kids between 4 – 10 running around and playing in the water as their parents sit around the tables and talk. The two things I would have to say is the entrance. When you walk in, you could accidentally walk in to someone because the line to order is just about right in front of you. Also, it has an average size sitting area, kind of small… Has a table that goes across the window, almost like a mini bar with the stools.

Hmm this Starbucks is a bit of an enigma. I really can’t figure out what they were trying to do with this place. This location is kinda like that girl you’re attracted to but has somethings about her that drive you nuts! So you go back and forth over whether to deal with her or not. Here’s the breakdown. THEGOOD Price: The prices really are on par with other Starbucks. I expected a big mark up as the Promenade Shops are where the more affluent people shop. But it wasn’t there. Quality: The product was prepared well, fast and tasted how Starbucks is supposed to taste. Yum! Location: Starbucks is pretty much right in the middle of the shops making it a nice meeting place for families who do not want to venture into stores with each other. ATM: Having an ATM right at the Starbucks is very smart. Especially when that one broke person in your crew is always looking for someone to spot them. THEBAD The Doors: No not the band. The actually doors. The entrance/exit puts you right at the counter to order and in a collision path with anyone coming in or going out. Seating: It’s scarce and tight. Not a place designed for indoor refreshment enjoyment. Lighting: Or the lack thereof. If I wasn’t black and from Detroit I woulda been looking over each shoulder. It was dark in there. Now during the day and with a lot of natural light it would have been fine. But when it’s 10 at night turn some more lights on. THEODD Outdoor stadium seating: It makes a small half moon around the coffee shop. There appears to be a fountain that runs during the day. I didn’t know people drank Starbucks and watched water shoot into the air anymore. I’m sure some teens in their Hollister, J. Crew, or AE run through the water with a lemonade tea in hand. Vending Machines: Why? Why have vending machines right outside doors leading to more expensive refreshment? They obviously have a much different beverage but I’d take an OJ over a frap anyday. The building: As you can see in the picture the place looks big. But as I previously mentioned it is the complete opposite. All in all this location meets the food and service requirements but throws too many curveballs in seating, lighting and tempting me to spend my money elsewhere. I probably won’t visit here unless I’m going to the Rave to see a movie. Like this time.
