Where do I begin? This store has got to be the worst game stop around. The staff are so unhelpful and just in there own world. I’m surprised they can get them self dressed in the morning, or remember to breathe. There is nothing good about this place. I pre order games because I like owning the physical game but with every pre order I think why do I even bother with this place And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. I go to sell my games I don’t play any more and get told I won’t get much back, needless to say they wouldn’t take my old games claiming they can’t take the games. I go to another game stop and walked out with 35 $. I went back to this game stop to show them how they suck and I have 35 $ for my old games they wouldn’t take. They dismissed everything with a «so are you putting money down on your preorder?» I tried to cancel my preorder and was told that it’s something I would have to call customer service about. After raising Satan himself I got my preorder money back and went to another game stop. On the way out the dude says «hope to see you soon» as I flipped him off.
