What can I say when a franchise has lost its grip with reality. In an era such as ours where half the population is some form of a foodie. KFC fails to adapt to the change in times where the ever critical palates of foodies among us truly reign supreme.
In regards to my personal experience I find that the food quality consistently inconsistent. I’d say that for every ¹⁄₅ tries I’d actually get fried chicken that just came out of the fryer which would be considered acceptable due to the fact that it is in a state where it is as fresh as it can be.
As for customer service it is hit or miss depending on which shift you in encounter. The incompetence of people these days will never cease to amaze me. They fail to realize that the customer is always right (if reasonable). As a result of their short sightedness I do declare that I will no longer be a patron in any KFC franchise.
