I had a glimpse of hope for this place with my 2 star review. But it is so terrible that I dropped it down to 1 star. I’ve lowered my expectations but it still draws a 1 star.

Hands down, the worst McDonald’s in Northwest Arkansas. Staff will not smile, they are unfriendly, your order is always messed up. Enter with caution!

If I could give Zero stars I would. As a McDonalds you look for two things. Accuracy and speed. Never have they gotten my order correctly. And the majority of the time they ask me to pull forward and wait.
From now on I will drive the opposite direction and travel further rather than frequent this restaurant again.

Average and run-of-the-mill McDonald’s. It has to be either really great (SouthPark in Charlotte) or horrendously bad (I won’t point fingers here) to earn anything other than a three star «A-OK».
Parking lot is easy and it was tidy. The inside of the restaurant was clean and bright. The crew was on top of it and while I was there, I didn’t see any orders get messed up or complaints. Nice work, McD’s.
