This was my first experience here. The service was outstanding. I wasn’t expecting that. They are very much a team and were attentive to the tables whether it was a refill on a drink or cleaning off dishes. The food was average but tasty and at a good price. I definitely recommend Archer’s.

Always good service — very attentive, personable and knowledgable in their menu. Great wings, pizza(The Squealer), and burgers. Above average beer selection with very reasonable prices. Clean and well kept. Family friendly to boot.

We came here one night because we couldn’t get into the Stone Tavern. Man were we surprised by how good this place is. We have eaten here twice now and both times the food asks service how been outstanding. This place is definitely becoming my favorite restaurant. Without a doubt one of the best Taco Pizzas around.

With one of the Miami Valley’s best game stores – Epic Loot – just nearby, it was almost a given that I’d find myself at Archer’s. And, honestly? Pretty much any time we’re down at Epic Loot, we can guarantee a stop at either Archer’s or Lock 27 across the street. Of the two, Archer’s is definitely the bigger and bolder, with a sizable restaurant and bar area with tons of seating. While not quite as intimate as Lock 27, they still provide a great array of drinks, featuring local spirits and beers, which is a definite plus. But, really? I’m not there for the drinks; I’m after the food. The pretzel sticks at Archer’s are toothsome and tasty, with some housemade beer cheese, but if you’re looking for an appetizer, give their chili a run. It’s made with a mix of ground beef, sirloin steak, and chorizo, which provides a unique, spicy bite. There’s also just a touch of honey in there, which provides a much desired sweetness to the background heat of the spicy chili. Better yet, it’s *actual* chili. No beans to be found! Kudos on that! Jules loves Archer’s signature«Sticky Burger” – a burger with peanut butter, served on a pretzel bun. I tended to prefer their upscale grilled cheese, especially with bacon and a bit of tomato. Their sandwich is served with a spicy mustard, which provides just a bit of sharp sourness to cut through the richness of the cheese and bacon. Om nom nom! Our last time out at Archer’s was up to par, but I’m just a touch worried about their service staff, who seemed on the verge of being overwhelmed on a busy Thursday night. Even still, the staff was competent, polite, and pleasant, if just a touch frazzled. If you’re in the mood for a neighborhood bar with some local offerings and some neat menu items, Archer’s is well worth your time and your money. While I might like Lock 27 just a touch more, both are great choices!

Great local spot. The hamburger with peanut butter sounds strange but is awesome. Love the volcano pizza. Great staff.

With all the great reviews and the ALWAYS packed parking lot, I really had high expectations for this establishment. But I left disappointed last night after doing the soup & salad thing. I ordered the French Onion Soup and the Wedge salad, along with an Oktoberfest brew. First they didn’t have the beer, then they had it, then they didn’t have it… so I switched over to their imported Riegele Privat on draught, which was OK. My waitress did a good job, and even was nice to bring me two tasters of another Oktoberfest(Sierra Nevada), and«Pumking»(Sourthern Tier). Do you know the best way to enjoy pumpkin flavored beer? Throw it out and drink regular beer. HA! But really, pumpkin flavored beer? No offense to Archers or my waitress, but who really drinks that stuff? But I digress. The French Onion soup was bush league. It was more like a high school home economics class project… the broth was weak, and someone cut two slices of Swiss cheese and put them on the top of this weak soup and warmed it for about a minute. Bleh. I ate about 1⁄3 of it before my waitress came by to check on me. I did not hesitate to tell her about the soup, and she immediately offered me another soup choice. I took her up on the offer and decided on the Chili. I should have picked the chicken noodle, as the chili had a certain ‘twang’ to it. Apparently Archers competes in an annual chili cook-off here locally, and use a beer in the recipe(cream ale?), but it tasted, well… sour. Folks here in the east outta’ come out to the west for real Chili cook-offs…and this mico-minced-meat chili they have out here is not on my top 10. And the salad… which I guess was OK, but the plate itself was colder than the wedge of lettuce… which was about 1⁄8th of a small head. Like I said, it was OK, but I’ve had much colder and crisper lettuce wedges before. Dressing was OK. So maybe it was just the choice of food that I ordered, but for the life of me, there wasn’t anything outstanding last night that would allow me to rank these folks with three stars(A-OK). It truly was«Meh…I’ve experienced better.» A lot better. I’ll be here in Dayton on a project through December, so maybe I’ll come back. Not sure.

Wings, way over rated! Pretty bland actually. Atmosphere was fine. Laid back with an old crowd. Service was good, nothing spectacular.

My wife and I love Archer’s is reasonably priced, fun atmosphere, and great selection of food and beer. I’ve never really had a bad time here. It can definitely get crowded at peak meal times and after Centerville high school games. But aside from that it’s great. I recommend the Great Scott or a pizza.

If you like good food and beer this is the place for you. Fair prices and the bar staff is the best. Try the archer style wings and phily.

My husband I have been here several times and we always get the Sticky Burger. Peanut butter on a burger sounds weird, but it’s really good. The pepper jelly makes it even better — it should be included, but it’s extra and not all servers suggest it so be sure to ask. The fries are really good as well — both the regular and the sweet potato. Prices are very reasonable, especially at happy hour. Service and atmosphere is excellent!

We eat at Archers often and it has become one of our favorites. The food is excellent and a good value for the price. They have a great mix of pub food and healthy options. Their flatbread pizzas are fantastic. The service is exceptional as well. They also have a wide selection of beer to choose from. Try the Riegele Privat if you like German brews.

I really like the beer and wings here. The beer is not made in house, but the selection they have is always fabulous! they even host some type of beer club. The wings have a special dry seasoning that I really like so much that I’ve never given myself the opportunity to try anything else!

My husband and I went here for the first time on NYE with some friends. While the place was closing early that night, there was hardly a wait. They were crowded but when we arrived at 7:15 we were seated aftwr about 5 minutes. The service was great and the food was excellent. I had the great scott sandwich — it definitely hut the spot. Their fries were amazing. My husband had the bratburger and really enjoyed it. We ordered the pretzel sticks as an appetizer. There wasn’t anything special about the pretzels(but they were warm and tasty!) — the honey mustard dipping sauce was really good. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. They have a little bit of everything with an varied beer menu and decent prices. I absolutely want to go back and try some of the other options.

This is just a great local bar/restaurant. We have been going here for years so I was surprised to see I hadn’t written a review. They have a decent size bar with about 20 seats plus about 8 bar tables. It’s usually pretty crowded but never takes long to get a seat. They have about 20 taps of mostly local craft beer, a good bottle list of beers as well, a decent selection of wine, and a full service bar for cocktails. They have a great menu. Wings, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, and full entrees. You will find something that meets your taste. I’m glad to see them doing well. Many others have failed at this location. It was a Frishes, then UNOs, then multiple other things. Archers is going to make it. Give them a shot.

Archer’s is a good, relaxing place to grab a bite to eat. They have a good selection of drinks, especially their craft beers which switch up /rotate depending on the season and availability. They also have decent bar-type food as well. I really like their pretzels, their sweet potato fries, and Archer’s was actually the first tried fried pickles which I ended up really liking. Their service is also pretty good, the waiter usually spends some time going over some highlights of their drink and food menu. Price is decent as well.
