Needed my Hybrid battery replaced for my Prius. This is not a common repair, by any stretch. This was the first place out of at least 20 automotive shops (besides toyota) that said they could repair it. When I called they said it would be $ 50 for the diagnostic, and the diagnostic would take an hour and a half, it ended up taking 30 minutes and he didn’t charge me. All great, I was very happy, I thought I found my shop to do the repairs.
They confirmed the battery needed to be replaced, said they could do it for $ 1800 new, or for less if he could get one from a salvage yard. Told me he would call me back later that date with a quote for both. This was all on a
Thursday, he never called back. I called back on a Friday, he said he would call me «right back” — never called back again, Saturday they are closed, Sunday they are closed, Monday I called, I said «I really, really need to have an estimate today, whether it is with the new batter or used», he said he would call me back again…- never called back.
I have a feeling they either A. had no idea how to fix it, which is why they didn’t charge me for the diagnostic, or B. just have terrible business skills.
Regardless, with an $ 1800 repair– I’m not going to get it done by someone who can’t return a phone call… could you imagine if the repair was faulty, I would never get a hold of the guy… What seemed to be a great place, turned out to be really disappointing.
Needlesss to say I got it done by a professional place in Cincinnati for $ 2375, they returned every phone call… and you wouldn’t believe it… had an estimate done the same day, had it fixed the next. How a business should be.

These guys are great! My friend, who knows about this sort of stuff, told me they were highly recommended. They saw me right away, got me fixed up in just minutes — luckily it was something very minor — and they didn’t even charge me. Best oil change in town; $ 14.95 I think it was, and I’ve never seen them not busy working on something.

I just came here to get my oil changed. There was a coupon in the reach magazine and I called and made the appointment. Whoever answered the phone wrote down the wrong day and the guy at the counter was nothing but rude to me. Kept sighing really loud after he would tell the employees that «there’s a surprise oil change here…» Obviously, they are more about repairs that oil changes, but they had the coupon so I used it. I will never be back. I would given zero stars if that was an option.

This is a place where you can bring your car that you can trust. They are honest and friendly. Unlike other shops they will not try to sell you on more than what is needed.
Let me be straight — this is not a fancy place. It is more like you are going to your friend’s garage to get your car worked on. This gives it a familiar feel and helps put you at ease.
They do have free wifi.
