Other people might think she’s great, but unfortunately when she finds out your related to another agent that she happens to dislike, she will do everything in her power to make sure YOU suffer! Case in point, she realized I was related to a realtor she did not like (despised) would be the correct term for this, and she played her role so well, she should have earned an Oscar. She not only immediately ignored my husband upon meeting him, but she wanted us to sell our house for next to nothing, then I called her and told her to up the price, which she did, and the house did sell in 2 weeks, but not nearly for what we were hoping for. She walked away with a huge chunk of change, we on the other hand paid in! She had her little minion’s do all the work. I called her to request a private meeting and I texted requesting the same thing, and shock of all shockers NOTHING, zip, zero, zilch, she never responded. I would never recommend her to anyone. She has a huge chip on her shoulder, and she is a all about her.

Denise and her team swooped in and made us feel as little stress possible in a SUPER stressful situation. They are truly a well oiled machine, Denise has got it DOWN. Need a house sold? Call her. Seriously, and Tangy saved me more than a few melt downs. She got back to me immediately when I had any questions. Not one bad word to say!
