My furnace stopped working while I was camping during the 4^th of July, and when I got back, it was close to 90 degrees in my house. I called an HVAC company to give me an estimate, and they told me that I needed to replace the entire motor costing $ 992…

Wane was at my house the next morning, reviewed the situation, and SAVED me over $ 800 DOLLARS on the repair. It turns out I didn’t need a new motor, and the repair took less than 30 minutes.

Wayne, the owner, came to fix our furnace within two hours of my first phone call. Without sharing the grisly details, I can tell you that he had to get creative to thaw out our frozen drain line, but he did it cheerfully, quickly, and professionally. His associate, Jared, came later to work on the memory board. He also was quick and professional. The cost was much lower than we had feared!
The next day Jared had to come back, because we thought it was broken again. Turned out I had flipped one of the two power switches accidentally. He did not mock me or act put-​out. He gave the whole system the once-​over again, and rigged the space heater (still thawing the drain line) and the door so that we wouldn’t accidentally turn it off again. He was here about 10 minutes, and he was as pleasant as could be. NO CHARGE FOR FIXING MY KLUTZY MOVE!
They have nice people answering the phone promptly. They called me, as requested, to tell me when the tech would arrive. They accept Visa/​MC/​checks/​cash, and they gave a clear receipt.
