This is about as good as it gets if you know about NJ and south Philly hoagies. The Italian Mikes way is the best. A little less lettuce please, and some hot peppers top it off just right. It’s the fresh baked rolls that really make it a Jersey Hoagie, which they call a sub. It really doesn’t matter the hoagies/subs are great!

Just had my first experience at a Jersey Mike’s, and what a good choice it was! I got #2(I think it’s called the Jersey Shore something) which consisted of fresh sliced ham and cheese. Yes, you read that right. Sliced deli fresh for my sandwich. You could taste the freshness in all the ingredients. I tried it «Mike’s Way» with lettuce, tomatoes, I swapped onions for pickles, and a dash of seasonings and red wine vinaigrette. Very tasty! The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. If you need a change from Subway and Penn Station, give Jersey Mike’s a try. I will definitely be back!

Nothing wrong with these subs! They have their own unique style and they are not as bland as subway. I personally think Debellas up the street is worth looking at first, but JMs has a pretty mean sub too. Check it out if you’re a sub person! 4⁄5

Old Jersey Mikes! I can’t get enough of the honey mustard wrap with ham! I don’t know how you make it so good, but ya do!
