My husband and I visited Metta for my birthday, and it was one of the best spa experiences we’ve ever had! Chris is wonderful, and it was the perfect environment for a nice, relaxing getaway from the crazy world for a bit.

Chris is an amazing LMT! Wow. I’ve had massages in Vegas spas and none of them compare to the kind of service Chris provides. The spa is private, the music is wonderful and on high tech Bluetooth speakers, the entire room has a very peaceful theme to it and is basically your own private spa!
For $ 90.00 (without tip) I got — a 90 minute massage, a consultation about my pain (i have a back injury and he helped straighten that out, aromatherapy, a private Japanese bath, snacks, water, a eucalyptus sauna and my own private deck to relax on. Leaving this experience had me feeling entirely pampered.
Chris took the time and asked how the pressure was with a scale system. He made it a very relaxing and almost spiritual experience. This place is gorgeous and I plan on returning regularly!

Metta Mountain Spa is amazing! Chris has created an oasis of peace and healing with every attention to detail. He built his sanctuary pretty much from the ground up, and you can tell he has put love into every «brick». I would recommend all of his treatments. They are both therapeutic and healing for all the senses and the soul. It is a short drive north of SLC, and I would say it is absolutely worth the drive!

Metta Mountain Spa is the perfect escape. A sanctuary devoted entirely to healing — body and soul. I try to choose private therapists when possible, and finding Chris was an incredible blessing. He is a gifted healer. The spa space is brand new, immaculate and peaceful, but Chris is the real treasure here. Can’t wait to book again on my next trip to Utah. Go.
