Dairy Queen

The service here is awful, I have been to this establishment several times, and each time is always the same. You get there, order your food, sometimes the cashiers are nice, other times not so much. They give me a number and I go sit down, and wait for my food, and wait, and wait, and wait. Finally I get up to see if it’s done yet, just a few more moments, they tell me. Finally about 30 minutes of waiting I get my food. And look at that, it was made WRONG. I sit there and contemplate if I should say something and wait another thirty minutes before they make it right, or just eat what I didn’t order. As I try to sit in peace and eat my food, I hear the managers yelling at the workers to work harder, When I notice that they are usually working pretty hard. One time I heard a manager yelling to the workers in the front that someone needs to get on the other register, when there already was someone there. She continued to yell that someone needed to be on the other register until finally, one of the workers turned around and said there was. The manager then replied «well it’s about time.» I honestly feel bad for the employees that work there. in all they have Ok food, if you like whatever they bring out to you, but wish I could listen to something else, instead of listen to the managers complain about the work staff.

Stopped in as I was traveling through. Very friendly and fast service. Plus things were fresh. Thanks for the cheese curds… yum!

These guys are an awesome staple in central city. Who doesn’t love their burgers and ice cream.
